Through breathwork, visualization, mindful movement, and personalized encouragement, I help create a safe and supportive space where the ocean can do its magic — building confidence, joy, and a renewed sense of self.

I am a native San Diegan and professional surfer with over 3 decades of surfing and coaching through out the years. I have worked for many of the top surf schools over my time. I am certified (2015) by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York as a holistic health coach. This means that I have been educated on how to support people in their quest to understand and take control of their health through natural methods that work symbiotically for their body, mind and lifestyle. I am also an energy worker of 10 years, with some skills in NLP.
I have always been passionate about understanding health and doing what I can through natural methods to stay happy and healthy. This has been a lifelong journey. After this course I was able to heal myself and to this day I have maintained and taken on my own health challenges.
My greatest passion is to help others, this process of listening to people and guiding them to what works best for their life and body is truly my pleasure.
I offer fully customizable plans to my clients with support around a complete wellness lifestyle. Most people meet every week, while some may need less. Coaching programs should be 6 months, but I am flexible. I offer support related to your mental, emotional and physical wellness: fitness plan suggestions and guidance, emotional support using energetic psychology and mindfulness, visualization, and nutrition are some of the main categories we will cover.
