I am so excited to share simple lifestyle changes you can do to balance hormones, sleep well, and feel the joy of life.
I will offer a free initial consultation to go over your main health concerns, ask questions, and explain everything you can expect working with me. Lets talk and set up a meet and greet!
I work one on one with clients to understand the full scope of their lifestyle, desires, and challenges. We set up a regular time to meet every week (virtual or in person 50 mins) for checks ins on progress and challenges, education, as well as setting goals and how those will be obtained.
I am certified (2015) by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York as a holistic health coach. This means that I have been educated on how to support people in their quest to understand and take control of their health through natural methods that work symbiotically for their body, mind and lifestyle.
I have always been passionate about understanding health and doing what I can through natural methods to stay happy and healthy. This has been a lifelong journey and when I first started my course I was experiencing some serious health challenges. After this course I was able to heal myself and to this day I have maintained and taken on my own health challenges.
My greatest passion is to help others, this process of listening to people and guiding them to what works best for their life and body is truly my pleasure.
I offer fully customizable plans to my clients with support around a complete wellness lifestyle. Most people meet every week, while some may need less. Coaching programs should be 6 months, but I am flexible. I offer support related to your mental, emotional and physical wellness: fitness plan suggestions and guidance, emotional support using energetic psychology and mindfulness, nutrition and diet suggestions, fasting for health, hormone balancing, supplementation, and detoxification are some of the main categories we will cover.
Everything is kept at manageable steps, you will love learning about what is best for your body and implementing new ways without becoming overwhelming.

Athletic training should incorporate a small amount of weight training, stretching, cardio and as a surf student we will utilize surf training exercises. I am a believer in yoga and am happy to show you a restorative balanced method.
